lol this was my very first phone, it's reliable but after a year it started to occasionally freeze and the d-pad and the center button aren't attatched they're glued so after putting it in my pocket one too many times they came right off. It just gave out after two years but it's definetly a crap phone.

i got mine for about $40.00. I don't like it very much. my middle button [okay button] fell off, and the button around it is on the verge of falling off too. i was happy with it at first, but after a while it started getting beat up and now mine barely turns on. and every time i turn my phone off, it deletes my all my text messages.

Yes you can use any picture as a wallpaper. THere's NO need to buy wallpapers, you can download them for free by searching online, then connecting the phone to your computer and transferring the picture to your phone's memory card.

A T-mobile rep showed me how to take the micro SD card out and it's actually easy to do with just your fingers. Removing the simm card however is a little annoying.

My biggest gripe is the D-pad dial. It keeps coming off. T-mobile said it's a factory defect on a couple of models and quickly replaced my phone. BUT, not only am I on my 3rd phone since I bought it last August (I'm not rough with it & I keep it in a phone case) T-mobile replaces them with 'refurbished' models.

I actually didn't unlock it till LONG after this review. None of the hacks require you to unlock the phone.  And if you own a phone for about a month or two and call your service provider, they will usually provide an unlock code for you.

The flash for the camera is off by default. You have to press menu, then "flash ON". It isn't really a light, more like a flashlight.

And yes, if you just leave the flash on it will stay on.

I have this phone through Verizon and they changed a lot of things about it. Mine doesn't have a flash for the camera, and the battery cover/back is different. Plus stupid Verizon only offers it in black...and the menus are all different. :(

yes, itunes works perfectly with this phone, like a charm infact. All you do is plug the phone in with the usb cable and drag the songs over to "RIZR MUSIC"

Hey uhh, I don't have the phone but I'm guessing it's the same as any other, just plug in the USB cable you got with it (hopefully you got one lol) and plug that into your computer. It should then say "new device found" or whatever so open the window for your phone (In my computer on a Windows PC) and then drag anything you want on the phone into that folder.

That should work, message me for any queries.

Is super easy...just plug in with cable that is provided. Open a folder to see files on device. Open "your documents" on CPU. Simply drag video from phone file to "your documents" video file folder. DONE. You will have to convert from .3gp to .AVI or .WMV
