if you put num lock on. and hold alt while you press 0160 than let go of alt it will make it a blank space when you rename it. thumbs up so this gets noticed!

ALT+0141 will give you a blank space, try that instead of an underscore and it will be completely invisible

well when i deleted mine i just clicked it once to highlight it and then hit the delete button
