he transferred from Farleigh Dickinson to Liberty? He's the best runner in the country so why doesn't he get an education somewhere like Stanford or Wisconsin than 3rd tier colleges like Liberty and FD?
@volunteernation16 wait wait wait hold on. I'm pretty sure the only way that you have to be in NCAA cross country is if your on your college cross country team. Im not sure if theres a varsity and open thing. I sure hope there is.
That makes me mad! Who gives a fuck about the interviews, who gives a fuck about commercials. Really, its a cross country race. If you don't see the whole thing its bullshit.
Lol, My time for a 5k is 19:59 XD I don't train hard or anything, but if only I could run like the people from Oregon! Do you know what I could (and most likely would >:] ) with that kind of power? MWUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Why was the announcer so surprised to see a false start in a cross country race? I ran in the Florida state cross country meet this past Saturday and my race had two false starts while another race had one. It may be uncommon, but it's not unheard of.
I've only been involved in cross country and running for a little over a year now, and it really is a fun sport! My first mile time ever was 7:45 in 5th grade, and then in 6th grade 6:09, and I recently have just broken 6 minutes, 5:53. I really hope one day I could join an amazing team like Oregon!
pretty good. i ran a 5:55 in 8th grade before i started to run.. now in high school i can do a 55:00 ten mile and a 14:50 3 mile. youll get there dude :)
not to crush your dreams or anything.. but to run for Oregon you have to be extremely fast, if you didn't notice those guys are running 14:20 something 5k's as a part of a 10K. if you want to have any shot at running for them you better be under 15 in highschool. that being said you can do anything if you work hard enough... you just have to want it and work your ass off. best of luck i hope you make the team someday
I tought the coverage of the men's race was terrible.. ESPN should do a little more XC homework. I mean really... who knows about how a 5th man impacts a team race? There are 250 other races going on out there...Common! Also, are you kidding me about the 4min commercials during a 30min race?...Weak Sause! Thats like missing almost a whole quarter of playtime during a national football game! Just say'n.
