You need chapter completes in 15 areas to get the mascot. For this ending you need to find Maechen in chapter 3, and hit x after the whistles Yuna hears at the end of the farplane, and finally have an episode complete in Luca. Nothing to do with percentages and with each other, you can get mascot without this ending and vice versa.

@Crimsonlee2XX first you need to get like over 80% but also after the first scene with shuyin in the farplane when she is by herself and she screams then says "im all alone" keep pressing x repeatedly until she follows tidus up this path thing then after you have finished fighting shuyin and your walking back in the farplane press x a couple times and a fayth will appear,they will ask you do you want to see him again reply yes then after the game credits you get this ending

@Crimsonlee2XX and to get the extra perfect ending you need 100% I had to play the game twice once giving the sphere to the youth league and the other to new yevon it's time cosuming but worth it I think :) I hoped this helped feel free to ask if you wanna know more

Moronic title. It's pathetically easy to get this ending. All you had to do was get the whistling scene at the end of chapter 3. There's nothing secret about it. The only ending that would qualify is the ending that only occurs if you have a 100% playthrough. If you had any brains, you would change that atrocity of a title

@snipershote well its ALOT to explain so I'll shorten it. First tidus is a dream that the fayth created based off shuyin from the real zanarkand as a replacement in the dream version so hes not an actual person. As long as the fayth dream, tidus could exist. At the end of FFX they are all put to rest and disappear, tidus disappears as well. However, if you achieved a required percentage in the main storyline, you will be asked by a fayth to decide whether tidus be revived or not.
