If the Fire Fang didn't work, then the only possible winning strategy is Foresight or Odor Sleuth to Expose him to a Fighting weakness. Normal and Fighting moves are neutral against Exposed Ghost, but Fighting is super effective against Dark. Not sure about Bug, but I'm thinking it's still resisted. If it's not, then Bug works as well.

a type combination of ghost and dark has no super effective moves, so nothing, not even fire, should work. if you have wonderguard, then it cant get hurt, unless cofused, poisoned, sandstorm is in effect etc. but unnlike shedninja, they have more than 1 hp

It does work. It lets fighting type moves hit ghosts. Since Wondertomb and Wondereye are part Dark type fighting is super effective against them.

Not the point of wonder guard since it only works if it is a super effective attack and if you notice sableye and spiritomb are not super effected by anything. That's the point of using those two, but fire fang is a glitch since it can hit them ;)

i have some "wounder pokemon" i use them to beat the in game stuff so i will gladly say every way to kill a wounder pokemon, 1. fire fang 2. worry seed + any attack 3. mold breaker + any attack 4. revenge and lastly 5. poision/burn/curse there are problebly more but i almost always lose one woundereye in the battle tower

a sablye or a spiritomb which has been hacked to have the ability wonderguard. since two pokemon have no weaknesses, the ability wonderguard keeps them from being damaged by moves such as surf and t-bolt. they can still be damaged by moves such as spikes and poison powder, which do not damage directly. fire fang only works because of the codes in the game getting mixed up because of the cheating device used to give these pokemon this ability, causing the random effect of fire fang working.

Also Spiritomb and Sableye are weak against Fighting-type and Bug-type moves if you use Foresight to get passed the Ghost-type clause.

BTW, a Spiritomb that can Dark Void people has the ability to beat almost any pokemon. For, without Fire Fang, Foresight, or status, the only way to harm him is with Scrappy or Mold Breaker. Such pokemon are all slower than Wondertomb, so Wondertomb can safely DV them, and then proceed to demolish them.

My recommended Set for Wondertomb is Recover, Refresh, Dark Void, and Seismic Toss
