The licensing of the game would be the only real problem. Just fix the sprite with the logo (an easy fix really) and make sure its cool to use Demolition (as ALL of the other wrestlers in this game either appear in Legends of Wrestlemania or in the case of Earthquake, in the SvR09 DLC) and this could be done on PSN and XBLA.

Blaznangel, I think it's due to licensing rights. WrestleFest was made by Tecnhos, and LJN had home console rights for the WWF games at the time. But now we can enjoy WrestleFest in its original format on MAME, so it's all good.
