yes, it is possible but takes a long time for you have to make movesets, get the model to work, and animate look here search up smash boards on google

NO sadly the assist trophy model of shadow has not enough bones to be swapped into shadow, but I'm assuming eventually there will be a way to edit the models and add more bones.

I like to see shadow as a playable character, instead of that texture hack. phoenix should know how to do that, if you can get mario to do lucarios moves then it is somehow possible to make shadow to sonics move with a little of dark. when i can hack i will try that as my first project.

the "chain gun" punch thing needs to have a slightly larger range, so that it isn't such a pain to try and hit people with. To offset that though, make it have slightly less knockback with the final punch, or angle the knockback somewhat upward.
