When you buy the GTA IV PC version, does the ability to do police work etc. and features like "press F9 to call for backup" come automatically or do you have to download them via mods? Thank you

you need darker led lights or make the time of day late so that the led lights are bright

i loved the video but it would be better to have the time of day at night and when u are having a standoff with suspects u shoot instead of using the tazer
