  • You welcome. It's most often simple things that make a big difference. I just can't stress enough to make a habit of doing the little things: eating healthy foods (strive for organic and 60-70% vegetables) and drinking fresh water, exercise (I will be sharing more amazing stuff here in the near future so be sure to subscribe to not miss videos)....With those basics, hopefully you'll not only get rid of hemorrhoids but never deal with them again PLUS feel the best you ever have.

  • Thanks for posting this video..I feel a lot better and this position really works especially for early stage of not painful hemorrhoids ^_^

  • is it totaly gone?

  • Thanks for posting this.Apparently your a caring person. Used your method extremely effective. Thanks for sharing.

  • @tedbej You're most welcome. I'm glad it helped. I think I've posted in some form before, but in the end, if anyone is having problems going to the bathroom, with a rare exception, something is off inside...and that something can be changed without special drugs or wacky remedies. Once in balance, it should take less time to have a bowel movement than it does to pee. Really. Zero waiting and straining.

  • drink maralax powder with big warm glass of water everyday for a week .than after a week ,start using it every three days ,start doing sit bath with warm water in tub .you can find maralax powder in any drug stores like cvs or target

  • your excersize position is same as what we have in indian toilets. Its called squatting position. but it didnt help me. now what?

  • @dipin83 Don't know your full situation. If your situation has been ongoing, don't expect to solve INSTANTLY. Polyethylene Glycol 3350 is in Mirilax and yes may work but not a proponent of these chemicals. Not a doctor so just things U can consider. 1. Every morning 16oz of warm-hot water w/ fresh lemon. 2. More exercise (off toilet ;). Movement daily = bowel movements daily. 3. Drink a green drink once or twice daily 4. Continue to drink warm water (coffee, tea once a day ok) all day

  • @RemediesNatural Hi. Thanks for replying. You can read my post here to understand my situation better medhelp.org/posts/show/1657489

I am suffering from constant urge to poop issue, but pls read my post to know my problem in detail. And now suggest me.

  • I don't understand. Should I do this exercise during toilet procedures, or just sitting on the chair ?

  • @pavlotk First, I recommend for ANYONE to start the day with a large glass of water (warm best - never cold). Then do some kind of exercise. Some people don't like to do intense exercise early. That's fine. Just move. Do some standing knee raises. Lie on back and do some bicycle kicks with legs. This alone will help anyone to eliminate better. I do NOT have any problems ever which is why I share these tips of what I know works to keep away. Then on toilet lift legs up make easier.

  • @RemediesNatural also - my family starts every day after water with a green drink. Quite simply, too much is made of hemorrhoids and constipation. The body is NOT meant to have problems like this. Yes, for small, small minority (pregnacy requires some additional attention). But eliminating should be as fast and easy as peeing in the toilet. Really. Your body lets you know you have to go, you sit down, and you go. That CAN happen 2-3 times a day when you live right.

  • Try a Spaloo. It cleans with water and eliminates pain and bleeding.

  • white tea also helps with a very healthy diet....I just had a surgery on my bowel where they removed a hemorrhoid while they were at it and I am not in a whole lot of pain as I drink 10 oz of water right away as soon as I open my eyes...then I also eat right....

  • Do you know about the salt baths? Which can also help.

  • Great post bro! I tried the lifting the knees thing and eliminated very quickly with little to no pressure on my hemroids! Thanks for the tip!

  • @kristobaldude Glad it helped. Haven't added much to blog. Originally did it to help a few people and not repeat myself.
