Why would so many of you rather not have this motor in your life boat, I wonder? Sure, a modern motor which starts at the flick of a switch would be nice, but back when this motor was designed, that was not an option. If I found myself in the middle of the ocean in a life boat, and I had the choice between this engine and none at all, I don't think I would complain too much about its reliability of starting.

It appears to have a bit of air in the fuel lines though.. assuming he's pumping the primer to make it run the whole time
