Agree on way better than Avatar. However, it's not Burton's masterpiece.

He is my favorite director, and seeing this movie I recognized his exquisite taste once more, but I hope he continues making more films and beat my all time favorite Ed Wood.

@diane199021 If I said in the review, or made it seem like, I felt this was Burton's best film, please allow me to counter that with the fact that I agree about Ed Wood (though I also adore Sweeney Todd, Nightmare Before Christmas, and Big Fish). I'm coming more and more to understand that he isn't just artistic, but also brilliant, and I look forward to all of his new projects.
