hi, ive started to what mantake chia calls the micro cosmic orbit medition, and now i practice holding onto my sexual energy , you learn the grounding so you dont get the cravings and go madd, um after opening my pineal and learned to feel the qi go through my body my limbs move on their own when i practice spring forest qi gong witch makes it really easy to watch a movie my body does the work for me mostly, anyways um after 12 days or so of not ejaculating my base chakra started to burn.

THIS IS WRONG now the chakras dont nessarily need to be opened by mantras, but that would be very very very time consuming, the vibration of mantras corrolate to the frequency of the each chakra you are trying to open.the main thing to do it so vibrate the mantra and feel the vibration in order to open your chakras,you should feel heavy stimulation if dont correctly for at least 10-30 minutes depending what level you are at.if any one wants to know the real secrets, message me im usually free.

I recently practiced astral projection and deep breathing and focused on what i felt were my centers of energy. I "broke through" and experienced great feelings and saw many places, designs, and a couple of beings. I felt generally happy and at ease after words. I shared this experience with a Jehova's witness, and they said that astral projection is evil, and the being of light that i encountered was Satan or a demon. You can do Reiki on yourself where you place your hands on the various chakras. You also include the right and left hip area. I wasn't that sure about it until I did it on myself one night from top to bottom. When I got to my right hip, I cried. Don't know what was there, but I feel that whatever it was is gone.
