Yeah the first planet is A, B or C ...and the second planet is A, B or C. The other 2 things that can switch out are fairly short and IMO don't REALLY count in the 50 options scenario. REALLY there are only 9 options for ADVENTURE!!
There are 54 mini adventures, and you get two per ride in a sequence. The podrace is actually pretty fun. I got that one and the death star when I went yesterday for the cast preview.
The 3D is not typical gimmick 3D; the technology and the application is just absolutely astounding!
Every object and detail outside the starspeeder window looks real, as if there really is everything you see outside the starspeeder cockpit window. Things do not fly at your face, they fly at the starspeeder.
Why so much naysaying about the pod race? So what if you didn't like Phantom Menace. Regardless of how little you care for the prequels, the whole pod racing scenario kicks major ass. Kudos, Lucas.
it looks exactly like the stupid pod race game on Nintendo 64, and when sebulba throws the metal tool or whatever at the screen it looks fake as hell, even the crowd looks fake exactly like the N64 graphics
The good news is that pod racing will not be the only thing, its been confirmed that there will be multiple destinations and the ride will be set in-between episodes 3 and 4.
They Should Done This for Tokyo Disneyland as Star Tours: An Kingdom Hearts Adventure! With Captain Rex Reappears, Disney and Non Disney Characters Appears! But Sora, Donald & Goofy Will Be Guest Stars on Star Tours: An Kingdom Hearts Adventure!

@Kill3B4 I don't think it focuses on Teemto Pagalies, I think you see things from the Star Tours ship's perspective, and Teemto's podracer ends up on top of the Star Tours ship after Sebulba rams him.
Relax people, I'm sure there will be more to the ride than just the podrace, that would kind of take the "stars" out of Star Tours. I can't wait for the new one!

Disney best not get gay on me... I grew up on the old universal studios (not hollywood studios), and the old Star Tours ride (not the god damn pod race from a lame prequel).
At the very lest I do hope they still use the RX droid from the first ride, because he is what makes the ride so much fun or at the very lest they make a DVD of the old ride so we can still watch it when ever we want. Well hears hoping that it will be a great ride.
I want to record the old ride before it shuts down cause that's one of my favorites. Hopefully, they won't update it at the other parks too so we can enjoy it somewhere else at least.
I do hope that they keep the Endor part of the ride & add in the Tatooine that we see here. And so we were kinda Crash landing on the landing pad.
we crashed(Kinda) into the landing pad almost into a fuel tank and knocked down the Droid Flare Lander. and soon after the Droid got dizzy and fell.
The room filled with laughter.
we soon went down inside and then delivered the spy as we walked out!
(Soon after, i went to the giftshop and got a Chewie back-Pack :D)
and that was only 1 Adventure there are 9 More to come on June 3rd!

When we were started to get held by the force with the ship. I road it yesterday, at first it was kinda slow.
------------------WHOLE RIDE EXPERIENCE-----------------------
We got in our seats and it was same basic lay out in the old star tours.
But once those Doors closed it was totally different!
C-3PO was our captain and he was driving us...But you would always expect Darth Vader to use the force to stop us from Leaving!
So then on we got thrown by the force and almost killed Darth Vader with our Laser Cannons.

New destinations will include Tatooine and Coruscant. And the ride will be set in-between the two Star Wars trilogies.
