way to many what ifs. Good suggestions but to each there own. I have used these in limited rules competition and on the street. The squat is good in some cases but not all to step behind we do 90 percent of the thime but not all the time. depends on the action and reaction of the opponent and to know this you have to spar of fight using a chain to this technique or this technique at the moment.
lol also pushin the index finger foward helps a lot but i wouldnt rely on it. if anythin its jus funny to catch sum1 off guard with it durin practice lol
I agree with barry; the acoustics are horrible and with people conversing in the backround I felt like this wasn't professional at all. However your instructions were easy to understand and by explaining it the way you did I was able to conceptualize it better, as opposed to just imitating the wrist break which can catch you in a bad habit if done incorrectly. Also the camera angle was decent.
Its obvious you know what you're doing in terms of joint manipulation.
But just a word of advice, speak a little louder and project your voice further when you introduce yourself. Many people judge a book by their cover and I almost closed the browser and missed some really cool stuff !!
hoo... that is exactly what I was doing wrong! nice video
