Sure, Midna's desperate hour and this theme are very similar, but that's the point. This is the happy, speedy version, and when Midna is "injured" the game reflects it by doing the same song but in a sad, hurt way. Midna's desperate hour is just a slowed down Hyrule field really.

Everyone else: JELB7 is just saying that these midi files sound exactly like the original, but if you listen closely they really don't. Nintendo is not going to sue someone over a midi of their song. They don't even care about the hundreds of actual recording already up here.
