sorry, but no. They stated that the clones are extremely weak compared to the originals. It wasn't kisame so the fake only used the jutsu's he knew and that Kisame could do.

that Kisame was only 20% of his powers, its an power alot of akatsuki got. they infuse thier powers into another person! and controll them from thier own posistion, They body infused gets thier Jutsu's Strenghts and blood limit abbilities But only 20% of the orginal strength
