i think there should be consequences for making such remarks. It is a pity that politicians who make such statements are not held accountable. It should not be the case that the only thing that happens is that people in the streets protest against such remarks. Government ministers whether Sinhala Tamil or Muslim should protest against these remarks.

The Quran is replete with verses for hatred against non-muslims and ask them to go to battle. Muhammad did use a sword and we all know what you do with a sword - you kill people. Muhammad had a sword because he killed people in battle - now compare that with other religious leaders like Jesus or Guru Nanak or Buddha? They never a hurt a fly.
