Folks in an upriver Sheraton marina threw a flower reef into the river as an act of Blessing the fleet. That reef and the ensuing pollution came down river right through our swimming area. The city has always claimed no pollution came from their city. The event was big news and this video proves New Bern was caught red-handed. Thanks for asking.
