No, not for plagiarism. But when an internet site bans you and you repeatedly create new accounts in defiance of the ban, it's a minor form of harrassment of the company. It's not much, but sometimes companies like to make an example of someone who abuses their services and wastes their resources, and BK would be ideal for that because he's not anonymous.
