lost our videos/photos a few times too - heartbreaking - but at the end we knew what we had done. You've done something truly exceptional celebrate that - what a fucking acheivement!!
eh...when you disappeared from the internet, I contacted the people at Mundo and the touring family you met. Trying to confirm your safety. One of them did know you made it back home, so I was relieved. But that news came a little later than me e mailing every state police barrack in the state of Idaho, to go find you. So if you get a call or a swat team outside your home, tell them, sorry...
good news that you made it home. Yes, do post those last videos. Sorry about the hard drive trauma. Was wondering about the final video. When are you going to write your book? Probably need to wait till you complete your around the world trip.
Glad to have watched you on your travels. Glad to know you made it home safe and sound. It must be pretty cool though for all these strangers going "Wheres Dave? Did he give up on making videos? Glad to know you did not. I hope your hard drive can be recovered.
By the way. What ever happened to your front pannier bags on the trip? Ive seen a lot of other peoples videos on touring and the one thing that most everyone does not do is, post a video about how there doing once home and how they are feeling now. If you'd be so kind it would be much appreciated.
Got to give it credit for holding out that far. The trend to SSD will soon overtake us all and we'll talk about the old days with those crazy moving parts.
A great trip and I enjoyed watching it all. It would be nice, time allowing to have a "wrap up" or a continuation of your observations about the journey from time to time.
What a trip you had Dave! I really enjoyed your experiences and look forward to more exciting adventures in the future. Hope you recover your hard drive.
Hard drive broke, that happened to me too a while back. The man who fixed it told me not to let the laptop bounce around and not to abuse it, 14,000 miles in a trailer going over bumps in roads, not so good.
Dave, i watched every one of your videos, really left me hanging here at the end!!!! love to see the last 2.

Keep up the good work. Next time try a Solid State Drive: No moving parts so it should hold up better.
