  • Norway is a rich country. why did they still have rolling stock 40+ years old :S

  • @MrJsebastian00 we got a new rolling stock. but the reason why we did not replace them earlier were that these worked fine.

  • Very nice, thank you for this video. It looks like Oslo has some of the largest subway cars in europe, they look closer to American dimensions than european.

  • haha... "by the driver" meneru da de som aldri klarer å snakke tydelig?? de som sier thhn istede for tøyen.. å lignende;p

  • he-he, da t-banen åpnet i 1966 sa vognførerne: "Pass Dem for dørene. Dørene lukkes." Det er korta ned siden da, ja.

  • metero of Egypt looks beautiful than this but it's smaller lol

  • So, does the white rolling stock have door chimes? Just asking.

  • Nope. I think closing of doors is announced by a voice, like it is on the red stock. Next time I go to Oslo and travel on the metro I shall listen closely for that :)

  • There is a taped female voice that announces stations and closing of doors. In the old (red) stock, these announcements are made by the driver over the loudspeaker system.

  • I just viewed a video of the interior of the white stock, and I heard a faint "beeep-beeeeeep-beeeep" when the doors close.
