@jaznigani Yes, you can buy this bike as a foreigner in India. There are only two conditions applied: 1) you have to hold a residential permit in India; 2) you have to wait at least 7-8 months from the date of booking till the time you can buy and ride this bike to China. Good luck!

Nice bike. I see you can start it with the side stand down. On my 500 it won't start if the side stand is down.
