  • the BEST COVER LIFE EVA POSTED WOW!

  • Carol Bruce was my cousin and unfortunately we did not stay close in later years.

I was not even informed of her passing when it occured, and for the sake of closure, I want to say that I am proud of who she was and the joy she provided through her beauty and talent.

I remember her parents, seeing her as a kid in New York at the Lowes State Theater, and being so proud.

I too am a singer, as it runs in the family.

Carol, rest in peace, and am truly sad that we didn't have more. Cousin Marvin

  • @studiocitymarv - lovely tribute. She's gorgeous and a versatile singer, even sounds like Billy Holiday in the first song.

  • Carol Brice was fantastic on WRKP playing mother Carlson. A true classic talent. Rest in peace.

This generation can learn from someone like her.

  • Met her a few years back, she was truly a lovely lady!
