John, I have been following your videos and blog for a while now and I am constantly impressed and amazed at Campagnolos refusal to admit that there is something wrong with their crank design. As an IBD lead tech I have come across many of the same issues you have highlighted. For the past 2 years, I have been steering folks away from Campy, as it is not even compatible with itself anymore, let alone Shimano/SRAM. Keep it up, and more frequently.
