What I've really been looking for is just a video of an object slowly being heated in a contained environment to say, 10000K or something and watching the color shift as the most prominent wavelength shifts through the visible spectrum.
Nice subject. BTW, I'm looking for any 20th-century-origin or older pyrometric-type temperature chart that places a "white-hot" glow below the melting point of iron or that uses non-kelvin units. If anyone knows of any textbook name they can suggest here that has a chart like that, please do. I have plenty of pyrometric-type charts that put white hot above the melting point of iron, so I won't need help finding that kind of chart.
I want to do alot of experiments , 1) im afraid of blowing my self up 2) afriad of blowing everyone else up 3) you need lots of funding to pay for the materials 4) lots of research time to make sure not going into it ass first 5) the right intentions. How do i overcome these 5 Road blocks?
Thank you very much! I`m working at my university graduation proyect with a Black Body light source, and this video was an usefull thing! that`s for sure.
