This is not a video about Hunter DPS Rotation. The few seconds not dedicated to pointless interface commentary and mediocre gear are not clear enough to be considered instructional.
Arcane shot is there as a focus dump for those moments when youre sitting at 80-100 focus and it doesn't matter what you do, you just need to do something with that. It wastes a lot of focus to sit at for any length of time.
Hey man, I saw your video and thought I'd offer a couple of suggestions:
You often let your focus cap out. You shouldn't stick so closely to your exact rotation but have more of a priority rotation. For instance in this video, you used an instant aimed shot and followed it up with two steady shots. You could have casted another aimed shot, then followed that with a chim shot, then two steadies, and not lose your Imp Steady Shot.
With that, you should see a pretty significant increase in DPS.

i experienced a 15% increase in dps when i learn how to use keybinds not to mention its just easier to play well when you keybind your abilities.
sif already mentioned the focus capping out. thats wasting resources mate. avoid that at all cost.
