No, you can only use Flying mounts in Outlands / Northerend.

I don't see why they would apply that to vehicle mounts also.

Engineers make them, anyone can use them as long as your level 80 and have a riding skill. Any level can ride in the side cart. The price on the materials range from 15,000 gold to 50,000 gold depending on how you get them.

from there u can get on top of IF gates, only rouges with a special glyph can survive a fall off of the top of the gates, unles u have a special mount either way good vid

you can go to old if by the tunnel in wetland , jump with mage flying buff or priest and aim for the 1rst R of ironforge on your map, this can take you lot of try.. enjoy :) P.S: take off your equipments ^^
