Every COLOR looks good on tan! I am tan, and have NO problem pulling any colors off, I actually think lighter skin people have a harder time pulling colors off. That is just my personal oppinon though. I also did not think this make up artist did a very good job.

Im sorry to finally say. Lots of colors look great on light skin. Its no contest. What Im looking for is what color's look great on tan, Olive or darker skin. I always see these Professional Tutorial's done on Light skin models. Even on TV. Ladies with fair skin, It doesn't matter what color shadow you put on. It works. Women with Olive or darker skin tones, Natural and beige's are your best colors to use.

Hmm I don´t know your definition of complementary actually but if you consider Brown as a darker shade of Orange I would take blue eyeshadow.

Anyway, The colors look beautiful and and the makeup is awesome. I definitely would wear it. ^^
