@azulon435 martyrs is a very good movie, but a serbian film is a very bad movie ... both seem to go about sadism, but in fact martyrs is all about opening doors through pain, while a serbian film is just about poor, stupid, sadistic behaviour ... it's very easy to make a film like a serbian movie .. just show the worst graffical content and show how low you can go in humanity ... no big deal .... on the contrary ... martyrs is indeed a masterpiece ... with very strong content ...

Horribly unsettling. In the middle of nowhere and very open, yet suffocating and claustrophobic. Great acting peppered with minimal dialogue. This movie will make your skin tingle. The plot will escape the average viewer, but if you can manage to use your brain and pay attention, you'll find it's not all that complex.
