@djgossen1 It's actually the same exact one for both. At the time I was just using the built in webcam of my IMac. The licks look better just because the vids are smaller on the screen.

i´ve just resolved one of my biggest doubts ever in this video.

parker guitar do have those "dots" on the neck which are not on the fretboard itself.

i thought if you had one you would have to guess where youre playing. fortunately not.

@conjoeman No, it's not bad. Tabs are a fine notation system for the guitar.

However it's always a good idea I think to try several teachers... They will have different approaches to different topics. Find the one you can relate to and ask hiom tons of questions that make sense to you. :-)

Meh, brass is fun, but its certainly a different side of music. In alot of ways it is simpler and alot of ways its more difficult. You can't 'shred' on a baritone obviously, but it makes you think more in a singing style, as any winds instrument can. We as guitar players think, "How can we make it faster, cleaner, more badass"

Brass players think, "How can I improve the quality of my tone, have more air, put out more control"

All in all though, I'd say Baritones are fun. :)

@trinoply they're very fun instruments, and I had to say this; you can shred on baritone. Watch flight of the bumblebee by david childs, yeah i know way too common of a fast song but it shows he could shred if he wanted to.

Sure, you could play something like flight of the bumblebees, because thats a song made by winds. Baritone doesn't really have the tone excitement that could make people bow at your feet for amazing solos unless you were the absolute best baritone player in the world and your ideas were always tasty. Its not a boring instrument though, and it is required for its certain tone in orchestral and band music which is why people play it still for so long.
