question for everyone though: i wasn't a fan of big bang at this time but i do remember there was huge uproar because gd apparently "plagiarized" an american song for hearbreaker and most of his other album songs? so how was this resolved? was gd not allowed to perform heartbreaker after this issue? was his mv taken down? i'm curious because i remember even at that time when i didn't really care about gd, i didn't think the two songs were similar at all, and i feel so hearbroken for him...
@phantomwaltz he was accused of plagarizing flo rida's right round. which is stupid because, right round wasn't even flo rida's in the first place. he was sent to court a couple times. i'm not sure if he lost or won, but in the end it worked out. flo rida and gd collaborated, so we at least know that flo rida didn't believe that gd plagarized his song. gd kind of did whatever he wanted - i remember he continued to perform. this was a pretty long time ago. i gained so much respect for gdragon. <3
@elliekimm wow he kept performing? probably not on places like inkigayo though right? that's pretty brave of him because i heard him say recently that he was depressed that he wouldn't answer calls and just stayed in his room for a long time. lmao but it's so funny that he collaborated with flo rida because that's totally like flo rida himself doesn't aknowledge it lol. so this didn't ruin his sales of his album right? it must have been so humiliating for him nonetheless I LUV GD

@phantomwaltz I think in the end he wasn't prosucuted b/c he didn't do nothing wrong, nothing happened. He did fell into depression as he stated in a show b/c he felt like people really hate him. He said that he was told to commit suicide, it was during the time of the "plagarized" issue and the "Bed Scene" issue. I think Both issues were dropped but he felt embarrassed with all the commotions. After all this, He kept going..writing songs, producing songs with cautions. He's doing well now
