  • Pretty average ya weird lookin creature

  • There's 3 minutes and 21 seconds of my life that I will never get back!!

  • Really,he's miggin in flat position, incredible!!!

  • @disgustapated :-) most of the basic welders only need there horizontel tickets because most company's nowaday just flip the product..

But the fastest mig welder is a machine, hands down, they will run a perfect beed

nonstop for 30 feet at twice the speed any human could do it.

Its probably set at twice the heat and fill rate... cant get 4 feet from the damn things..

  • if you weld fast all your doing is laying a shitty weld if there were contests fpr fastest weld i doubt if we would need sadam to take down are trade centers...

  • @farmer07089 Saddam didn't take down our Trade Centers; he had nothing to do with that. Al Qaeda had no relation to Saddam.

  • I've never bragged about a single thing in my life. I will however, look anyone straight in the eye and tell them, "I'm the baddest f'n welder that ever walked the Earth."

  • @redc338able fag

  • Your not the fastest or the best but u are the lamest

  • I have worked as a millwright in the grain and fertilizer feild for twelve years and I completly agree with lenny. lol shop monkeys are a dime a dozen!

  • You could teach a monkey to MIG weld, there's no skill in it..Try TIG welding stainless pipe in a chemical plant under a maze of tanks or Stick welding 12" mild steel pipe, route filler and cap with out a single fault while hanging from a crane 40ft in the air....welding on a bench is as easy as it gets no matter what your welding...

  • @lenny820

Try standing on top a 500,000 lb chunk of solid steel that's split completely in half, heated to 900 degs, and welding back together with 100% penetration.

Any monkey can hang from a crane. :)

  • I will challenge him with my ABB robots, they run 24/7 with no breaks and certifiable welds every time.

  • no such think as the worlds fastest welder......

  • Fiction Plane playing on the radio!?

  • Not the best or fastest...Well according to a friend of mine anyway.

  • Welding with the crane still hooked up? That was never done in the code shop where I worked

  • All welders think they are the greatest and deserve 40 bucks an hour. but buddy your pretty good..

  • @d2thec1 Whoa, whoa, whoa? $40/hour? I am driving off the site if we are getting less than $89/hour. :P

  • sweet helmet bro hope your skills paid for it

  • CO2@

  • this sucks so bad

  • GMAW .... Giant Monkey At Welder. When in doubt, Tig it out.

  • A MONKEY CAN PULL A TRIGGER TOO...LOL....CLOWN

  • @Biasetsky Exactly it dosent take skill to pull a trigger. im in highschool and my teacher said if we started at 10 and ended at 2 my whole class could get a job mig welding the next day. it takes real skill to stick weld.

  • @dirtbiker479 Tell your teacher every welder I've known does stick welding with just one hand, as helmet shields were always way more expensive in my country. Everyone learns with a hand held shield.

  • might be the fattest but not even a welder

  • ...AND....you never...ever weld on anything hanging on the crane with a chain....unless maybe you use insulated strap...

  • ...I was going to leave a comment...so....how about this...I've been welding (TIG, MIG, SMAW, Flux-core..Inner and Outer-shield....carbon, stainless, aluminum, copper, Inconel) and riding Harleys for 45 years...and I'm still only about the 2nd best at either, well..maybe 3rd......the really good guys just let the observer decide who is best at what... I'd be more impressed if this guy was running vert-up...

  • transmission box for winch????

  • @alexandre666a ...Looks like it...and I used to have to do stuff like this with 7018 for X-Ray tests, highway DOT in California for bridges......13-15 passes to get a 1 3/4" fillet...A572 plate up to about 3"...

  • whats taken so long? just kidding.

  • above 40 PSI Acetylene because very unstable and can spontaneously combust.

Why is this video titled like this?

  • The best and fastest welder i ever seen was Isaac Padilla jr. and never failed a weld in the 35 years i have known him. New Mexico,San Juan County

  • WEAK SAUCE

  • Hardest thing about welding is trying not to fall asleep..XD

  • Stupid video. Doesnt show us shit. Whats with the clown suit too?

  • ...best welder in the world wouldn't need the oompa loompa jumpsuit...

  • mate :( I can weld that joint closing my eyes!

at least show us the weld..

  • Does this ninny have an air fed respirator on his hood? Welding fumes are good for you! They fortify the lungs and clear out the sinuses. ;)

J/K though the use of an air fed hood is very funny and completely not required.

  • Yup, wearing air is pretty bad ass....... just kiddding! dude about the 6G is right, when the guy welding can do that then he can brag, but until then, the stuff he's welding.........not hard! EYES CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!

  • right......

  • 6GR IS HARDER

  • at least he is a legend in his own mind now try it upside down inside a rock crusher

  • call yourself a fast welder you just turn the welding speed up power up and your welding quicker. now try production welding then double the prodution rate on every job you did and for one job i did 400 parts in 20 min (one off). you just made me pmsl.

  • actually 5 p- 6010 welding is proven hardest type of welding cause of the high manipulation pattern and extreme conditions and i certified e6010 e7018 e6013 e7024 mig 9 mm gmaw carbon dioxide shielding gas spray transfer argon shielded welding flux core duel shield carbon dioxide and argon also helium shielded gas and tig carbon arc welding carbon arc gouging and plasma cutting water shielded and air shielded and oxyacetylene welding

  • @DrMMHMD i have been doin pipe welding on farms where i live for last 2 year i was in high school now im goin to college for welding. i can do alot with welding pipe i'll just leave it at that im not goin to make myself sound like im the best because theres always alot of people better then you so im not goin to make myself sound like i can weld every kind of metal and everything. i can weld pipe very well lets just leave it at that ok lol.

  • Wire feed is amatuer

  • HA! WIRE FEED... monkey can do that

  • hard to say he's the best when we cant see the after product.

  • clearly not the best other wise he would stop to let the metal cool before it warps and i cant even weld that good

  • @dnbrhythm You really think he's going to warp 2" thick plate with a mig gun? lol Think about what you're saying ;)

  • yea im in college for welding and MIG is not that hard but to weld SMAW welding down is a bitch and im gettin it down and have little to no slag in my welds on pipe i plan on being a pipe fitter so yea lol try that man before u call urself the best

  • yea im in college for welding and MIG is not that hard but to weld SGAW welding down is a bitch and im gettin it down and have little to no slag in my welds on pipe i plan on being a pipe fitter so yea lol try that man before u call urself the best

  • Federally certified aerospace welder,1980... everybody's better than me. Invented the battery pack MIG 1984. Next is LP powered mig wherein the CO2 comes out of the engine's tailipe (half the carbon footprint). THE easiest welding is done by using half length sticks in a TIG torch with argon sheiding and high freq start voltage. Lay it down plug the unit in and it will deposit the rod perfectly NO HANDS!

  • i really like all ur gear though i wish i worked somewer were they care for the welders at my shop we got 1 good welder also gm he makes real money all the other welders at least at our shop max out at 12, 15 if they could do stainless how much do u make their

  • open shop and being up on a 100 foot piece of steel welding over head are totally different noob. Mig welding is the first process learned...

  • i got my welding diploma in not even 10 months that contanse acytelin gas torch welding acytelin cutting torch electrode welding mig/mag welding and basics of tig next year im going to make my schools plasma cutter and learning tig fully

  • While I was watching I thought he'd be twice as fast if he used a torch in his other hand too.

  • fastness isnt important, just done right.

  • Hey he may or may not be the best and fastest but he got all us to click on the video..Fyi i only wanted to read all the shit talking that would be going on over THE BEST !!!!LOL

  • flat mig is in fact the easiest most of the time people who cant stick or tig weld usualy mig it up the welds are not efecient

  • your running mig and its a fillet weld....pretty fucking easy if you ask me....get ya bell hole 24' put it about 10 inches off the ground and make it shoot....anyone can do a fillet weld with mig

  • i agree take the gay suit off suck some fly ash and do a buddy weld and see how good you are

  • You suck douche bag grow a pair and burn some rods

  • Where is the speed and the quality???

  • any fuck can do that

  • @danni420girl it's actually harder than you think, I am taking welding classes here in Omaha, Nebraska and right now I am taking MIG stainless steel with .35 wire and it's pretty tricky stuff. so next time your near Omaha, lets see you try it you fucking smartass.

  • Totally absurd, saying your the worlds fastest and best.Buddy your MIG welding it's a production weld,i agree you still need technique but no where all position SMAW requires.I would choose words more carefully.

  • Jesse James won Welder of year awards and he never brags about being #1...

Look at what that guys welding the thickness... would be funny if he accidentally blew a hole threw it... *tacks his gm doors shut* I think that thing on his head was a Berka???

  • 1. it mig i could do that with my eyes closed at 14 (started in at 13) and do a almost perfect weld. it isnt hard.

2.welding isnt about speed its about the quality of what you are doing.it dosent need to be done quick.

    3. the best welders dont say there the best. the fact is nobody is the best different pepole can do different things.

4.wtf is that on youre head. i have never wore one of them

  • I love when people say they are the best welder in the world. Seriously guys, get the fuck out of your head. I haven't even finished a 40 hour welding class and already have a job welding. I am also welding just as good as the guys in the shop who have been welding 30 years. IT'S EASY AS HELL!! ANYONE CAN DO IT!! Saying you are the best welder is like saying you are the king of the idiots. You may be king, but all your subjects are still retarded, as are you!!

  • @516N4L What you say is true! I've been welding 13 years and I've met some with less experience get the better high paying jobs and those with know it all experience having trouble finding work. I believe he could've said something like I love my job. I love my job also and am in that in between part of my career where I need to find that over-the-top job that will be my life's work or keep seeking the lesser jobs. Know what I mean?! Just conversating.;D

  • @keithmaria31907

Well I should reiterate a little on my comment. Yeah, it is easy as hell once you get it down, at least to a point. I picked it up quicker than allot of people, at least that is what everyone at work tells me. Although, I am aware that I am far far away from having the "art" of welding down. You can learn to weld easily, to learn the "art" of welding takes years of practice. I know there is still allot for me to learn, but it's not like it's nuclear physics, it's a damn tool.

  • @516N4L It's good that you have some welders that are willing to train you up. I've met some that wouldn't show you nothing but expected you to know everything like they think they do. Yeah it's an art an when you get it, be willing to show others. I've never touched a TIG welder before I started school. Didn't realize it would be easy to pick up since I've welded so much. I love it. But to make it bad, the guy that instructed me can TIG like no other but can't get a job w/o experience.

  • I'v never been sunburnt welding.

  • boy to be welder is not who is fast but who can weld and put good weld and tack of what ever but am the best in weld and that is your truth!!

  • nice helmet fag

  • I'd only use that mask if burning on some heavy galvanize all day

  • 90% of a good weld is a good machine...

  • @raginroadrunner only sensible comment i have seen so far.

  • welding is 90% prepairing, folowing plans, cutting and grinding and actualy 10% welding...and its way more complicated than it looks

  • Dont take to much to be fast with a spool gun try stick welding once. You couldnt make a pimple on a good welders ass

  • @TandLwelding lol i can =)

  • @AAAGamingLive ya but you probably cant make code welds like b 31-3 or something like that can you!

  • @TandLwelding ya?!

  • Tig rig rod mirror !

  • I think the best weld boiler tubes headers , pretty much mirror welds

  • I'm from the old school of welding and my first impression upon reading the title was that he would show the best and fastest welder (machine). But as the best and fastest weldor, he may be exaggerating just a bit!

  • Just because its mig doesn't make it easy,I weld with 3/32 wire flux core and that shit kicks your shoulders ass after a few passes.P&H wire at that...I seen alot of guys talk some shit about it until they start welding and than we get excuses.

  • Hes using mig.. easiest type of welding there is. anyways.. to claim to be the best welder is pretty bold, especially since he's welding in an open shop. I'm a boilermaker.. also a certified 6G tube welder (6G tube test is the hardest weld test to pass, for those who dont know) and all I know is I could teach a 7 yr old to use a mig. And for those on here saying welding is Sooo hard.. lol it does take patience and a steady hand and obviously not Everyone can do it, but its not rocket science.

  • @TheBoilermaker87 Your correct on the Mig comment i too hold a 6g and all position CWB and for this guy to claimhe's the world's best and fastest is pretty vain,he really should be more careful with his words or proclamations.

  • @TheBoilermaker87 stick (arc) seems to be the easiest in my opinion....

  • @TheBoilermaker87 you are a bellend!

  • @TheBoilermaker87 damn rights mig is easy. and forgive me, i don't feel like digging up my apprenticeship books but is a 6g an overhead weld? and welding isn't hard, just dangerous, for instance the difference between using wet gloves and dry ones, the weight of the metal (in some cases enough to ensure the clean up crew only needs a scraper and a hose) and instability of the torches, like the fact that if you turn an acetylene on its side its liable to explode.

  • @Drake5153 6g is a pipe welding positions, coupons positioned at a 45 degree angle.

  • @Drake5153 im 1G,3G, MIG 1G,3G,4G,6G stick, and 1G aluminum TIG certified. MIG is fairly simple BUT it takes a lot of skill to run a TIG or stick welder. welding is only as dangerous as you make it. if your gear is well kept wet gloves will make no difference except maybe cause some burns on your hands when they heat up. touches are not unstable :-) as long as they well kept and you know how to use them. and please tell me why acetylene will explode when the bottle is on its side :-)

  • @bluebulk stick takes practice and tig takes patience along with skill, i've heard and seen accidents happen with wet gloves and it can happen, and acetylene is liable to explode when the bottle is on its side because it is an unstable chemical and in order to keep it stable theres a porous substance (again, i don't feel like digging up my books to say the exact name of the material but it varies) in the bottle to keep it mixed, hence if you put it on its side its dangerous

  • @Drake5153 acetylene is shock sensitive at high pressure and the bottle's are "sponge" filled and that "sponge" evenly distributes acetone witch keeps it stable. nothing wrong with storing a bottle on its side perfectly safe but using acetylene wile laying on its side can be dangerous. the acetone can run up the hose and cause burn-back. a very dangerous situation. but if you know what your doing its not dangerous at all.

  • @bluebulk you sir are right, though its not always sponge. and im pretty sure somewhere it also said never open the reg's more than 40psi though i don't remember why, coulda just been my instructor though...funny fact, in alberta (im pretty sure they recently changed this) all you need is your gr9 to start your welding at college, that tells you how easy it is XP, also bluebulk, the facts were directed at youtube, not you, no offense intended :)

  • @Drake5153 i said "sponge" cuz i dont know what it is but its"sponge like" no offence taken :-) i assumed you were one of those"I think i know everything" youtuber's so i apologize to you. and yes i think 40psi is the shock sensitive limit. same thing i learned in welding school.

  • @bluebulk Very good...I was trying to say that too...but the comments section cut me off after I was mentioning I was only the 3rd best welder...

  • @bluebulk Good answer to the wise-asses here...and Acetelyne is dissolved in Acetone liquid and fiberglass mat, or older cylinders had porous concrete...and when laying on it's side..the cylinder can...but not always...let the acetone come out with the acetylene gas...you sometimes see this as 'sparks' when you're getting near empty on the cylinder...and then.... I usually do TIG bare handed...and lived to talk about it....

  • @TheBoilermaker87 rofl my dad let me use mig in our garage when i was 7

  • wow the comments on youtube never cease to surprise me. the level of idiocy is astounding.

  • @madmanjoe is idiocy even a word

  • @madmanjoe Amen!!

  • fastest welder do not aplaid in this case because he was using wire feed machine ,so the machi ne does the feed he only suport the gun ,he is not the fastst welder.period....

  • ok if your going to weld and you say your the best welder why can't we see your weld you can tell alot about the welder when you see his weld next time you make a video show us your weld , i can act like im the best welder too if you do not have to show the weld lol.

  • Most welders think the sun shines out their ass anyway. big F'n deal

  • 82 types advance welding as far as konw so many welders died ahving sevier injurey but its real tough thing making modern hystory.

  • 82 types advance welding as far as konw

  • loads of haters for welding, its not easy at all takes steady hands, skill, timing and alot more! im on my way to underwater welding :P

and people are saying oh yeah its so easy i would love to see you try and tig weld.

some people find it easy as they have been doing for there life or some are natural at it but none of you who say it is easy have ever welded

  • I bet my dad i could weld better than him, even though im 15 and hes been doing it his entire life. i lost naturally ^_^

  • world best dick sucking welder. the world most pathetic welder ive ever seen in my life.

  • i'm a welder. weldings not hard i know a handcapped welder he's even a tig welder to. but everything takes pratice

  • Ya that must be terribly hard to pull the trigger on that mig gun. thank god hes the best welder

  • welding isnt as easy as everyone says....ya granted there are some easy methods and easy things to weld....working for chart(a world class welding/tank building company) try welding half of the things i weld daily.....and then tell me welding is easy

  • yo u should insolate that hoist if your going to keep it hooked up while u weld.....or just get somthing to prop it up at a 45..... u can short out the hoist and or burn up the cables if u dont

  • great job beast and fastest, lets see the blue print and some of your skill besides you standing there with your limp noodle. I got my kid a welders outfit for halloween and she can at least dance too while pretending. She doesnt need air feed cause she knows not to stand in the plume.

  • Hey dude! it is possible to weld a 4mm thick composite aluminum sheet? and both side of the composite sheet has the same texture quality? i would really appreciate if u could answer this question thanks!

  • @seanlandin isn't schedule 80 like 1" to 1" and a half thick. that shit would take days to complete.

  • @kargmeister1337 6" sched 80 pipe has a wall thickness of .432". took me 2 hours to weld that out. taking my time ofcourse. (in class). 10" sched 140 has a wall tickness of 1".

  • @tinx19 close enough. still thick shit. I'd like to use something like that as a rear bumber on a truck someday. extra-strength tailgater control.

  • @tinx19 .432 thou of an inch in my pants today big boy the dimensions are 1.250' or 1 1/4"

  • real welders dont wear air fed mask, youre a disgrace for a welder.

  • WHAT THE FUCK YOU MEAN,REAL WELDERS DONT WEAR AIR FED MASKS??YOUR THE DUMB FUCK!!What shit bag company do you work for??LOL Im at TEREX,one of the biggest manufacturing companys in the world, and they buy us 1500 dallor air packs,so we dont have to breath in that shit. How long you been welding rookie.Anyone that braggs how good they are, sucks cock.Your a fucking joke,LMAO..What ship yard do you work at,the one under the table, sucking my dick.

  • dude ill go circles around you, thats some easy welding you are doing. welder in the shop are rokies. come to the shipyard ill show you how a fast welder works.

  • Air fed mask for that? what a fanny

  • Air bed mask for that? what a fanny

  • how about the 6GR try that lol

  • ur gay.... stop the show and just work

  • who the fuck is so fucking stupid to think that you can use pure oxygen as an air source never do you ever do that while welding it is very combustable

  • Wow this guy is amazing, he can pull a trigger!

  • haha wow the best mig welder oooooooooo!

  • hey, girl welder, who told you that you could only go fifteen feet when mig welding?? no offense, but i guess you never heard of a "push pull" set~up? btw, i thought i was the best!? lol

  • hey, girl welder, who told you that you could only go fifteen feet when mig welding?? no offense, but i guess you never heard of a "push pull" set~up?

  • NO, I'M THE BEST! LOL

  • i like to see people fighting over about who's the best

  • looks like just a fat prick to me?

  • no matter how much wire u lay down its still mig!!! way easy!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • in belgium and china are the best welders!

i'm 19 years old and i am a pro welder:)

    5000euro in the mond

  • @skoullos007 you are a fucking homo ass fucker you are not a pro at 19 dumbfuck.

Canada and the usa have the best welders cause we built these countries as oppose to belgium which was rebuilt by us after you got your ass kicked in WW2 &WW1 and china would not know which end of the stick to put in his holder. Faggot.

  • @goreboy8 you have really weak arguing material

  • are all welders are shithead ?? why can't we find any decent welding vid ??

  • I,m of the welder with xperience 1 month...

  • worlds best and fastest welder not so much,, please show your welds,, it looks like 30mm thk plate. with enough power on such a thick and easy joint (t-fillet) its kinda hard not to do a nice weld..do a video with a more challenging job you pussy!!!

  • only shitty welder do MIG. try TIG or stick. how about the old school method oxy- acet welding. pussy.

burkas are dope protects you from skin issues and sever sun burns.

  • @Ipimptwinkies1 If only shitty welder use MIG, Then how come most boily shops use MIG or Flux core? Stick welding is slower and out dated, plus you have to worry about duty cycles and hydrogenenbritlment due to moisture, but it still has it's place. TIG and oxy-acet? Why the fuck would you bother on a job like that? But What would i know i'm a heavy duty deisle mechanic not a welder.

Although it is hard to tell how fast he is or the quality of his welds.

    Ipimptwinkies whats your trade?

  • @Davobeff I am actually a female welder. I am dammm proud to be one too.

yes stick, oxy-acet, tig are slower but are still used in many applications. stick isn't out to date. if you go on most pipelines they're all stick. plus you can only go as far as 15 feet on mig. while on stick you can go a lot further than 15 feet. you only have to worry about duty cycle if you're gonna arc air gouge.

  • @Ipimptwinkies1 my comment was in response to you saying that only shitty welders use mig. Horses for courses. The job he was doing did not call for a tig or oxy, while stick would have done the job but why would you use one when you have a mig.

Like i said before i'm a mechanic but enjoy welding and any welding jobs i do i make sure it's a good job not like other people i know who are happy if the metal sticks together.

But good on ya for getting into a trade that is dominated by men.

  • @Ipimptwinkies1 is tick weld i was welding all day on my motorized bike project then i noticed my shoes were on fire i never knew that could happen and second of all can oxyacetylene blow up after the pop sound it makes

  • la cosa più sbagliata è saldare il pezzo attaccato al carroponte, moto pericoloso.......

  • who the fuck welds in a straight line with a mig welder?

  • lol good welders dont make video=funny shiet

  • yes anyone can mig weld ... but to weld to a certified skill level well thats different .. i take home £800 - £1000 per week but of course any old mig welder can command that .......;-/

  • What a homo, the Burka is gay, I've never seen anyone wear one in the oil industry and if they did they would be run off. Anyone who calls himself the best or the fastest welder is a tool.

  • fast !!! he is fucking slow!!! domm ass mig welder

  • i like your burka...

    wuss

  • @sarahkimbi wuss? without it he would be sunburned and skin hanging of him like shit because he is welding within the contruction the dangerous light bounces of every peace of metal. thats why he has the "burka"

  • @maxehv i weld shit like this and my skin is fine without the burka even when the light is bouncing off every "peace"

    he is wuss

  • @sarahkimbi how often do you weld... if its a lot, have fun with the skin cancer

  • worlds best and fastest welder, just one time I wanta see worlds slowest and crappiest welder in the title. That would be better

  • Mig stands for , Mexican In Garage any backyard slut can weld this sht...lol Just a note ,from a high pressure vessel welder,6g yourself some skills..

  • #1. To the People who say anyone can weld. You are right, lol.

#2. To those who say it takes skill, and pride, etc. . . I say to you, anyone who can color inside the lines, and even those who can't, can also weld. It is a joke. I like it, but it is a joke.

#3. The real skill involved is the ability to be patient, deal with the BS around you, and being cool with heat.

  • Offshore welders earn $2,775.00 per 84 hr. work week. If you would like to go offshore and work, send to me your email address.
