whats up man, this was coming off the 2006 season where Breaux was injured and as result didnt get an IAAF ranking...you have to have a minimum of 6 meets in a calendar year to get a ranking...Jeff was just using the end of the year rankings by the IAAF...Breaux is clearly the #1 guy, no doubtr about it.
81.99....not bad for a baseball player!!! Way to go Mike, its awesome that you have stuck with it this long! Check your inbox...Sent you a note a while back
hey mike! i'm a javelin thrower from ontario, canada. i'm tryin to win the ontario high school track championships this year and medal at the junior nationals. i've watched this video at least 20 times. its sick. especially some of the exercises you do. i tried the one where you bounnd with the sled and the bench press bar! its rough. i was wondering if you could give any advise for me for this upcoming track season? thanks so much. good luck this year dude. throw far!!!!

Daniel, thanks alot, I spent a month outside Zurich last summer, small village called Efretikon. I also had the priveledge of competing in the Swiss Club Championships in Bern for Winterthur. I plan to be back later this year for sure! What a beautifull country!
CONGRATS MIKE! Yeah, what a wonderful documentary this is. How many people actually look into those hardships and tough times sportsman face. Physically, emotionally.. Cheers Jeff! Well done! And Mike, hope to see you perform in this season in 2007! Train hard, good luck in those injuries, and THROW FAR! (:
terve! kiitos for the encouraging words...I must give a large amount of credit to the Finns, I have spent a total of 9 months training and competeing in Suomi, learning from some of the best...In some of the training clips, you will see Tapio Korjus in the background and Mikaela Ingberg doing the filming. again, kiitos and I hope to return yo your beautifull country again this season, hyvaa paiva-Mike
