can someone of the opposite faction interact in anyway? i think but im not perfectly sure, that i heard that one faction can pilot another factions ships, also can you talk to people of the other factions?

its kind of a shame that these models are not going to be used for walking in stations because they actually might have less CPU and graphics load on the computers, however i think its good that CCP is tryin to remain cutting edge. As to be honest a lot of the charecters in the game kind of look a lot alike. so :-) we'll see!

Sounds messed up, but it was pretty much the people who made the game adding what they called an asian bloodline to every one of the racial factions, even though race doesn't mean quite what it does in current terms in this universe, since in EVE everyone is pretty much a descendant of the explorers that first got trapped in the new area you explore in the game.

Here's a nightmare for ya. CCP is not carrying these models into Walking-In-Stations. Watch some of the videos regarding it (particularly the TenTonHammer video from a while ago). They've pretty much completely revamped the look of all 12 bloodlines to look more realistic. In other words, they took pictures of actual statues/people from around the world and decided who looked Caldari/Gallente/Amarr/Minmata­r-ish and crossed them with the current models. It looks AMAZING.

I didn't realize they changed quite a bit on character creation in Apocrypha until I watched this video.

I don't understand why they removed all those other menus for creating your character. Before you could choose what you wanted to be, military, industrial and the other one I can't remember.

Then after you choose military you could choose to either be Special Forces or Soldier and choosing either one will give you different sets of skills at different levels. Wonder why they removed it.

they kneecapped new-avatars. they start out with 50kish sp and not 500ish or whatever it was previously.

they removed it because now you can decide what you want to be in the first days. you can remap you skills, got 100% more skilltime for the first 1 mil SP etc for the purpose of more freedom. i think its great because now a newb can fly around, try different things and in the end you can do whatever you want.

I played this game for three years and I plan to re-activate my account , when / if , they release the "Ambulation" expansion .. which will allow us to get out of our pods and have a real avatar / character .

Otherwise , I don't see my self going back . I'm pod-sick .
