Morricone is a very prolific film composer...some of his early Italian westerns(and no, not talking about the Leone/Corbucci scores, along with some others) were light, but this man can compose incredible music across a variety of genres. There have been many great themes composed by many great film composers(list is too long to mention)but I believe Morricone must rank as one of the finest ever.

Morricone is a very prolific film composer...some of his early Italian westerns(and no, not talking about the Leone/Corbucci scores, along with some others) were light, but this man can compose incredible music across a variety of genres. There have been many great themes composed by many great film composers(list is too long to mention)but I believe Morricone must rank as one of the finest ever.
