What about IPhone 3GS? One Stable OS on 1 Phone... But thats all... No customize... But it is also benefit - no need to spend hours on reading XDA and set up phone to make it work nice...

@fuzzileopard Take the HD2. You can customize it with different OS like android, windows phone 7, windows phone 6.1 , 6.5 and install custom roms on it dual boot and its more customizable than on the iPhone.
The iPhone is alright tho, im no hater, but you cannot customize it as easily as with the HTC.
the iPhone needs jailbreaking which really is a pain in the ass if its your first time. so if you like to customize take the hd2. its pretty good for gaming if you install the right rom android.

Yeah I got my white iphone 3gs from someone on craigslist only paid $75 and I jailbreaked and unlocked myself. But tomorrow I'm gonna meet someone to trade my iphone 3gs for the hd2 but only with latest android os installed. Cause android is better then windows, I'm gonna do a straight trade for it. Cause I like iphone but it's crippled on tmobiles edge network,that's why I'm trading for a 3g tmobile phone.

Just got the HD2! Ive played with the iphone many times, and u used to be all about apple. Swithcing to PC for work reasons, has opened my eyes to the ways of the apple. Its like they want you to be a slave to them. Cant upgrade without them, change battery, HD size, etc. Great marketing strategy tho. I was under there spell for a while, but i like to be customizable, and free to do whateve ri want, without paying EVERY time i want to upgrade/change something.

iphone os is garbage. you cannot customize it without jailbraking thus voiding your warranty.. android you can customize, upgrade, downgrade, do whatever you want...

iPhone is basically an "First smart phone" type of thing, meaning user friendly and you can't do a lot (unless you rely on apps) . HTC HD2 is a more advance user phone, and you don't really rely on anything, and with apps available, it's a plus :D

no its not better i m developer both in WP7 and iOS....WP6.x is a fail dudes you are comparing different oparating systems. Who care about ram and hz do you even understand how they are used on these operating systems? Well you can compare ena WP7 with iOS but hell no 6.5 with iOS. iOS will be better.

I had the HTC HD2 with that sorry ass T-Mobile network with no 3g or coverage, at&t at least has broad coverage. I couldn't use half the features on the phone because I wasn't pulling enough bandwidth, and was paying a fortune for something i could hardly use, windows sucks on smartphones as well, got rid of it and now have StraightTalk baby unlimited everything for 45 bucks you guys just keep dishing out those Benjamin's baby....

The local phone company where I live doesn't sell the iPhone to guys. Girls only apparently. I use HTC HD2 with android. With winmo it kinda sucks,... I only like windows mobile for smaller devices like WQVGA/QVGA, in High res Winmo kinda looks crappy...
Besides, Iphones are easy to use and the Interface and everything is smooth. So if you are too stupid to take full advantage of Android/ WP7, iOs here you go...

Had an iPhone 3gs but after changing background image the customise police pull you over. Your forced to jailbreak in order to get rid of the boring, bland look it sadly ported over to the iPhone 4. Also I like to keep up with sports results that can be read on Sky Sports with the HTC as it supports flash. iPhone you have to download third party apps. Bluetooth anyone? (Sorry iPhone) Oh and I also run android, ubuntu linux and winmo on my HTC HD2. Bottom line HTC is 4 adults - iPhone 4 kids
Yeah HTC HD2 is the best! You know: I don't like Apple OS 3.1. Android is good but, I think it's a little bit ugly. Samsung have his own things :P. Nokia is verry nice. Blackberry also nice. But HTC: I love it. :P The thing that i hate it the most is Apple OS 3.1 ( Sorry Apple Iphone users ) :P

Example: SMS arrived, 1 to 2 taps on the iPhone and write or call the sender,and on HTC 6 taps? 8 taps? Why on earth?
HD2 doesn't require 6 or 7 taps. Once an SMS arrives, the message itself is viewable at the SMS tab. Click reply, type message, send. It's faster than opening SMS client, click on the senders name, read message, click on reply, type message, then send. And the iphones notification system is trash. And to call people, the HD2 allows instant call/e-mail/mms/sms/whatever shortcuts right from the home screen. HTC = better UI. Period.

you one thing they forget to turn on 2 hd windows mobile and iphone on IOS and IOS is about 10 times faster than windows mobile so the iPhone is much faster than the HD 2

Windows mobile is not my favorite OS, but it is brillant for this phone its the fastes smart phone on the market and windowsmobile7 coming out soon (say it wont be for HD(doubt that) will make it an awesome phone!

no its not better i m developer both in WP7 and iOS....WP6.x is a fail dudes you are comparing different oparating systems. Who care about ram and hz do you even understand how they are used on these operating systems? Anyhow all it matters is the OPERATING system and how it was built for the device, all the other thingies are nothing. Well you can compare ena WP7 with iOS but hell no 6.5 with iOS. iOS will be better.

Anyhow in WinMo the IDEs are better so this helps a lot more us to develop easier. In difference to iphone tha Objective : C IDE suck

I had the HTC HD2 with that sorry ass T-Mobile network with no 3g or coverage, at&t at least has broad coverage. I couldn't use half the features on the phone because I wasn't pulling enough bandwidth, and was paying a fortune for something i could hardly use, windows sucks on smartphones as well, got rid of it and now have StraightTalk baby unlimited everything for 45 bucks you guys just keep dishing out those Benjamin's baby....

Also I get a insane discount from them due to my job.

The local phone company where I live doesn't sell the iPhone to guys. Girls only apparently. Its created quite a bit of controversy as transvestites are arguing they should be allowed the iPhone also. Personally I support them, if they want to be girly girls and have an iPhone the thats ok. Meanwhile I am a guy with a pair of balls so naturally I have an android phone.

I use HTC HD2 with android. With winmo it kinda sucks,... I only like windows mobile for smaller devices like WQVGA/QVGA, in High res Winmo kinda looks crappy...
Besides, Iphones are easy to use and the Interface and everything is smooth. So if you are too stupid to take full advantage of Android/ WP7, iOs here you go...

they don't have any proprietory technology... they have to resort to getting 2nd rate components from other manufacturers and slap them together in a third party factory in China...
that's why the display's not as sharp, cpu is not as fast, battery doesn't last as much and the build quality is not as good as the others...

Had an iPhone 3gs but after changing background image the customise police pull you over. Your forced to jailbreak in order to get rid of the boring, bland look it sadly ported over to the iPhone 4. Also I like to keep up with sports results that can be read on Sky Sports with the HTC as it supports flash. iPhone you have to download third party apps. Bluetooth anyone? (Sorry iPhone) Oh and I also run android, ubuntu linux and winmo on my HTC HD2. Bottom line HTC is 4 adults - iPhone 4 kids

HD2 doesn't require 6 or 7 taps. Once an SMS arrives, the message itself is viewable at the SMS tab. Click reply, type message, send. It's faster than opening SMS client, click on the senders name, read message, click on reply, type message, then send. And the iphones notification system is trash. And to call people, the HD2 allows instant call/e-mail/mms/sms/whatever shortcuts right from the home screen. HTC = better UI. Period.

@SPYDER438 No It is not crap, the phone lag a few times with me in the beginning and eventually getting worse.
So I went back to the store to show them , and they did something to the Rom and it works perfect now No lags nothing
Windows mobile is not my favorite OS, but it is brillant for this phone its the fastes smart phone on the market and windowsmobile7 coming out soon (say it wont be for HD(doubt that) will make it an awesome phone!
If this is you're first HTC, you will like it!
