The lowest paid 10 percent earned less than $43,210, and the highest paid 10 percent earned more than $135,780. They make a s much as $120,000 CAD for a guy with 7-10 years of experience
One of my teachers who was a senior was offered a $250,000 contract for a 15 months long job which he declined

i dont like talking to people or looking them in the eye..
but I think id make an excellent project manager because im project oriented
is there anyway around the communication part... like maybe i can pretend to be deaf or mute?

Communication is a vital part because you need to tell others what to do and how to do it. You need to lead others
i would suggest you face your fears instead of running away from them.
Try to Learn English well, practice and practice again.
