I use to hate Muslims and even wanted to kill them. I was raised Catholic more by the media than church. I started not to believe in God due to all the envying, conceitedness, gossiping, holy ghost faking ect..... and how they also say that God died. I realized that all the negative people that put all that through my head was dragging me with them. I studied the Islamic and amazed me how it was so beautiful. I accepted Islam that day really to find some defects in it. Its going on 8 years now.
How many people in the western world were paid not to talk or tell wrong things? Our democracy sucks as well. last year I went to university with a muslim (female) colleague of mine every morning, she doesn't cover her hair but only eats halal meat and practises her religion occasionally when she's with family. Many muslims are like this, not savages and not stupid.

On the streets of American there are many just as bad as any Taliban, but we have laws to make sure that they don't infringe on the rights of others. last year I went to university with a muslim (female) colleague of mine every morning, she doesn't cover her hair but only eats halal meat and practises her religion occasionally when she's with family. Many muslims are like this, not savages and not stupid.

On the streets of American there are many just as bad as any Taliban, but we have laws to make sure that they don't infringe on the rights of others. The Quran actually allows freedom of religion and free-speech and does not condone persecuting people for insults or their religion. Some strands of Islam twist and abrogate these verses. It is not a religion; it so happened to be that most commies are atheists. But, give the commies credit in this respect: When they banned religion - they mainly did it across the board. Saudi Arabia although they have the money to create this image of being champions of the Quran and in many eyes its only champions they are the farthest thing from it. But that is not your battle. You just need to know that there are different mechanisms of interpreting the Quran in addition to extra-Quranic religious authorities. Do not broadbrush the natural implications of adhering to the Quran unless you are ready to dive into details.

Don't underestimate the radicalisms of some Christian and Jewish extremists here in the US. Even athiest radicals. Because they have no real monopolized power they don't get too crazy. They are afraid of being wiped out. There are peaceful Muslims all around the world even in areas where the Taliban or the shabab live. Islam has many faces, some harder than others. But radical muslims do have a very strong power behind them which emboldens them: Saudi Arabia and its endless funds and US support.

Some move on and get through it, some kill themselves, some turn to drugs or any other addiction, and some believe that a great God loves them and will guide them to a better life if they live good. Erhm, not really. If you remember, Sadam was supposed of having nuclear weapons. Remember what happened? They found some primitive post WWII reactors that were bombed. There are several countries today that have gone nuclear, but their technology is quite primitive.
Building nuclear warheads and sustaining them is not like taking a stroll in a park. There are inherent difficulties, and it's difficult to keep such a project a secret.
