Hey,i have a Korg ESX,an M-Audio Fast Track Pro,and ableton,and i am trying to use the ESX with Ableton.Will you explain this to me.Im new to this whole MIDI thing,and im confused as hell.

Respond to this video... on this vid i just had my midi out of ableton hooked up to the in on the esx. and set the midi clock on the esx to external clock. this way it will run in sync with ableton.

cheers mate, i took the red off using oven cleaner which left me with white lettering, which i then took that off with nail varnish remover which has left me with a silver finish with red anodized lettering. looks pretty cool, check the electribe section at korg forums for pics of other peoples.
