I am a Californian and you do not represent me. I want you to lower spending so that you can lower taxes, but this is the complete opposite.

Hello Anthony and thank you for your feedback. One thing we all need to work on is not tying the hands of the legislature and the governor by passing initiatatives that pre-determine levels of spending. Around 70% of the budget is allocated by voter approved initiatives.
