This was my introduction to Christine Feehan and I must say, I was hooked from the word GO! Great series and even though I am African American it did not matter in the least that her characters weren't, but I must admit that I was very pleased that Maryann was a women of color. Keep up the spellbinding work Christine! :-) Hey, has anyone read L. A. Banks' Vampire Huntress Series?? If not I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it, you won't be disappointed.

Its not a question of slim women not being real. All people are real. Of course. Its just sometimes the women in romances are rather ...not perfect exactly...but exaggeratedly feminine. Thus they are often slender and tiny
