I really like this drummers áttack´ on the drums. One of the best concept-bands ever in my opinion. I hope they keep writing the more progressive stuff :) Keep rocking Claudio you are an amazing song-writer!

The reason they are a bit shit here, the reason claudios vocals are not up to scratch, and the reason they all look out of place in a big band, is that two of the members had to quit the band about a week before this show. So stop hating, they're doing a show with two quickly trained tech guys and Claudio is obviously a little pissed off while singing.

I try to share this with my friends a lot too, people seem to think his voice is shrill and not pleasant to the ear or something, I actually find the higher the pitch he hits, the more emotion comes from the music. I think my friends have poor hearing.

This is before Chris was actually in the band. Josh and Mic were having their own personal issues and both bailed on this tour.

The drummer is their drum tech and the bass player I forgot. he would probably still be in it if Mic hadn't got clean. Claudio certainly likes the guy from what he said on the documentary. I think he sat in and played when Travis and Claudio were pieceing together Good Apollo 2.

It comes at the same point in ever song where he has to breathe. When you sing outside a studio it's much more demanding then in studio so you have to breathe in more places occasionally sacrificing lines.

This was only a couple days after Josh and Mic left, so he probably spent the previous days yelling and stuff. That's also why he constantly has his face covered by his hair, he really was emotionally out of it, he said it was hard for him to even be there. Watch the Neverender tour, he sings a lot more and is a little more outgoing while playing. Neverender should be on youtube somewhere

This is right after both Josh Eppard and Mic Todd left the band.... later in 2007 Mic came back after disappearing for a year and told Claudio (the singer) that he just got out of rehab. Josh didn't want to go and didn't want to tour anymore with this band he was having panic attacks and drug problems. So they asked Chris Pennie to play for them he is now the drummer. This guy on the bass guitar was just a stand in and the drummer was just a drummer tech.

My guess of claudio dropping lyrics is due to his Acid-Reflux disease. I would imagine it is fairly painful for him to sing. Especially constantly when on a tour. either way, hes still kickass.

As far as being a complete guitarist, being able to effectively meld the creative side with the technical side in an entirely original way that doesn't alienate the listener, yes, he is a genius. I would say he is more of a songwriter though than a guitar specialist. Though his performance discipline on guitar is impeccable. Bottom line he's just a badass mofo.
