  • Nice work Kess! I like the jaw wiggle of the dead Spino by Kong followed by the chest beating - classic!

  • On the trailer the vulture's head is better. What happened to the head? It's like a sock. I already feel sorry for the bird, simply because the babies protected.

  • fuck this king kong looked very fuckin ugly here

  • I feel like chicken tonight!

  • which film is this? BTW kong is funny as hell

  • 0:55, he crushed its head! lol

  • Ehh, uuuugly.

  • rudolph the red nose reindeer animations?:)

  • lmfao FUCK U BIRD!

  • Suck on that, Peter Jackson!

  • Damn that vulture is annoying!

  • you know, its still better acting then most of the crap you see on TV these days.

  • Poor vulture.. but epic short! is this on dvd yet?

  • KONG- looks like its freid chicken tonight, damnit I lost it

  • WTF... nuff said

  • hahahahaha

  • gay

  • @gamerguy0512 dude it's an old movie probably made in the 60's..or somthing .-. dont call it gay it was really popular...I think

  • cool

  • MURDERER !!!!!

  • theres dozens of potential things i could say about this video but im not :l

  • King kong vs the giant claw.

  • @goreombola No, this vulture actually looked better than the Giant Claw. The claw looks like the birth child of a goose and a muppet. lol

  • @boofdfast also a vulture too a turky vulture

  • Very good! I loved the head crush part.

  • oh hell no

  • :-)

  • It really didn't need sound effects or the bird squawking. That's what makes modern movie making technology terrible. It takes away the drama.

  • OMG, IS THIS REAL?

  • this was horrible

  • That was cool. If it was in black and white, it would have been similar to the original King Kong film. The original King Kong film SUCKED ass... it had awful special effects. Yours looks better. lol

  • @boofdfast The original King Kong invented special effects that were not in existance and used until the advent of mechanical prosthetics and CGI. I'll take Kongs jerky effects over the sloppy CGI they use on SyFy channel anyday. Ever see Blood Monkey? Now that really sucks ass

  • @dukeyflyswatter No, I never saw it, thanks for the warning, dukey. lol...... and, yes the SyFy CGI special effects really do suck ass. lol

  • @dukeyflyswatter How very true! I'd rather watch something like this or Godzilla's suitmation any time, since it has a real screen presence as opposed to the weightless and overly slick appearance of CGI most of the time. Well said!

  • i think this is excellent. Really neat. Nice job!

  • Clearly he ran out of materials after he finished building Kong.

  • over 400k views -_-

  • its actually pretty funny

  • That looks more real than the CGI :(

  • OMG! LOL this was aweful!

  • lol thanks u made my day

  • at 1:07 i looked like he waved farvell to the vulture

  • It´s me or he look like Mike Tyson?

  • the director could have put more time onto the stop motion

  • this is really good

  • Oh God, it's like a stop-motion sock puppet show.

  • o my good

  • lol! the vulture is more of a bold eagle and mayb the wings should b longer and more realistic no efence though cause i knw i cant make any!

  • the vulture sounded like a chicken

  • for me 4 out 10

  • hhahhahha

  • lol king kong punching a bird

  • Comment removed

  • lol i dont remember fighting that vulture :P..and that vulture sounded like a screaming chipmunk LOL!!!

  • lol

  • at 0:30 it looked like the fat ape was peeing

  • @Cheesetoon no at 0:28

  • @Cheesetoon it was peeing on the vulture's nest lol

  • @Cheesetoon definetly

  • godzilla is way better than king kong!!!!!!!!! he actually fights monsters bigger than him!!!!!!!!!!

  • @Cheesetoon Go have your stupid lizard haha.

  • were did you get the king kong

  • someone made it for him.

  • lol chicken

  • were did you get it

  • was that a custome kong if it is frkn awsome with him but if u didnt make it were did u get it

  • its a toy.

  • I think that bird was on the protected species list dude...

  • It still looks better than CGI

  • lol...the pre-historic vulture so fake like a toy...so was King Kong...HAHAHA

  • Dude I love that you took the time to model Kongs ass. Nice video.

  • This was pretty cool The kong model was well done. The vulture..not so much.

  • sweet stop motion. Ray Harryhausen is GOD!

  • a X vulture

  • Big mistake: laying roc eggs in King's crib!

  • Awesome job ! ...

  • soooo high when i seen this @_@

  • lol

  • This kicks ass.

  • wow-there was a time when animation wasn't done with computers!? I never knew!- imagine that! Film makers must have had to have had IMAGINATIONS BACK THEN! All kidding aside though-truly amazing stop motion in this and the Kong looks pretty authentic- this is just as good as Peter Jackson's attempt at the spider pit sequence. -and it's 1,000 times better than his piece of shit remake.

  • Nice job!...I love your Kong Model!...Keep up the good work!

  • good job man really nice stop motion

  • this is one the worst things iv ever seen (i mean it in a good way) but co omn, how can people make such bad films :P

  • @marvelsgreatestfan It's a home movie, Geez, if Peter Jackson had done his job and made something other than overlong trash then fans of Kong wouldn't have to strike out on their own.

  • Kong needs Alka Seltzer.

  • hahha

  • Love the high pitch cry of the blue jay and the chicken sounds for the vulture. I play this at work and people are like, what the hell is going on!

  • Omgosh :O they killed the bird XD.

Lol, I don't care what they say about the old king kong movies, this is pretty much awesome! the CG are also good, but some perfer it like in the old days :)

  • they did good for what they had (no computers)

  • coool

  • try kfc!

  • I like the new grilled chicken better than the KFC there

  • He eats the things babies, and when it tries to defend them, he kills it.

    Kong is a complete jerk

  • well done guys hot stuff....

  • okee.

  • Isn't this this one where Rudolph, the Abominal Snowman, and the Heat Miser show up?

  • This is a pretty cool video with very keene animation on the puppet. It looks extremely similar to the original Kong. The construction of the kong puppet looks very much alike the original Kong. it remeinds me of the "long-faced" puppet that was used in the film! Pretty cool, man!

  • yes!

  • fuck i´m scared ... is that real?

  • 1933 rok o my god chyba najlepszy film w tamtych czasach kong rules but Godzilla maly glod by sie rozprawil teraz z kongiem xDD a odnośnie do tego filmiku 5/5 na tamte czasy zajebsita akcja mala krótka scenka very good

  • This is awesome! Gr8 job with the stop motion

  • This is really good! What exactly is it? A fan film type of deal or something?

  • y r u being a h8ter dont be jelouse because hes better than u

  • fake

  • "fake"

Now, where did you get that idea from? LOL!

Seriously, what's with all these "fake" posts? It's called stop-motion animation. It's only been around for a hundred years. Not long at all. :P

  • holy s*** he ate the bird!!!!!11!111!1!!!!1

  • "holy s*** he ate the bird!!!!!11!111!1!!!!1"

What's the matter? Never eaten KFC?

  • Kong is a Dong

  • i.......want scambled eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeggggggggggggggggggggssssssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  • why eat the egg if you can eat the vulture ^^

    silly kong

  • tastes like chicken.....

King Kong is extinct too cause he ain't got no wangy tang.

  • Poor birdie.

  • I hate Kong now :'(

He made the dinosaur birds extint.

  • its circle of life

  • Comment removed

  • Great piece of work !!!

  • Can you recommend the software that you use ? And where can one buy that Kong figure on your work ?? Thanks

  • Frame Thief is the software, the Kong was commissioned by me, he can not be bought in a store, he's a one of a kind, except that I have 2 of them

  • My dog always barks through these clips. He is so convinced that these are real monsters attacking me, and he tries to be a good guard dog and starts growling and howling at them! ROFLMAO!

And my dog is tough to impress, too. He doesn't bark at all through CGI movies, instead, he puts on a little laughing grin at pixelated crap. He is a King Kong 1933 fan, too.

    Clever dog, isn't he?

  • Hear that birds head crunch; very funny

  • chicken for lunch

  • Alas-poor mama Vulture....poor baby Vultures :'( But still this is a fine clip...lol Apes like Kong found eggs a delicacy? :)

  • This is some very impressive Stop-Motion work! The style of animation and the armature of Kong is very close to the original so you should be very proud of your work here. I am impressed big time. Maybe black and white photography would help the overall atmosphere though but that aside it is great for an amateur effort. Thanks for posting this.

  • yeah kong you beat the shit out of that ass sucking motherfucker!

  • Nice one dude! Love it. Very hard work and brilliant results

  • thank you very much MuntucoGer1

  • Is thisthe 1933 colored version?

  • no, this is a prequel to the original 1933 movie that I am working on

  • thnxxxx

  • keep working on it

    it looks great

  • V.good!

  • thanks

  • bellissimo!!! adoro questi film,ma GODZILLA RULLEGGIAAA!!!

  • Now this is a great video. Nice work man!

  • thanks testicles...lol nice name

  • I actually like your sculpt of Kong better than the original.

  • thanks, but I didn't sculpt it, Jeff Yagher did, and I think it is the best Kong puppet ever

  • MORE!!! I WANT MORE!!!!!!!

  • I'm trying

  • hes fighting a sea gull with black win gs

  • danarrow please listen to my CARDINAL EYES music video I posted inspired by this film. thanks you all

  • looks all fake

  • well the bird does but I gotta admit that kong looks really good

  • thanks FilmRanger, I will be re-doing this scene for the movie, I'm having a new Vulture made and when I redo it I am going to make it a Kong vs. a pair of Vultures

  • what if maybe Kong kills one and the other swoops in and knocks him off the cliff that there fighting on but kong grabs onto the bird and they fall into the water and Kong manages to crawl out alive and that could be what leads into the Tyrannosaurus attack

  • that would be cool but I can't get my puppets wet and in my prequel, Kong doesn't fight a T.rex-can't duplicate what he does in KK

  • you dont have to get them wet you can add water in photoshop and kong doesnt fight the rex i meant thats what leads to the rex attacking people

  • thank goodness. not to be mean or anything but... that (argentavis?) is just... goofy. It doesn't look like it has much to animate either, just big flat wings. All the other puppets look great, though, and it kinda sticks out.

  • no problem, I know the Vulture looks bad, he was my first attempt at making my own puppets, thanks for watching

  • as opposed to a real life king kong and giant prehistoric vulture? my you have high standards.

  • Is it just me or is King Kong the best African American hero ever? They should feature him during Black history month.

  • king kongs from malasya

  • Pretty good. I like how he broke the vulture's neck and threw it down the cliff.

  • thanks zardcat

  • lol,i tought i was gonna cry when i first saw the special.....well not so special effects

  • What would be nice is if you put it in black and white. What i love is how you've got that movement of the original so fantastically. When done my dear chap. Ray Harrehausen would be proud.

  • Well done*

  • thank you, when the movie is finished it will have both the color and B&W version on it

  • out of all the fake scenes in movies this is the worst lol

  • cool animation

  • thanks alex

  • Your Welcome, the miniture sets are also cool!

  • lol this is the version where he looks like a rapist lmao or was it the earlier one where his face didn't move at all, always smiling with these huge eyes open. lmao

  • weird

  • nothing better to do but troll huh?

  • The kong model looks nice, the animation needs to be smothed out. I usually act out the characters movements and try to time out the action so the model can be posed as close as possible to doing real time action through frame counts.

  • nice work! what kind of armatures are underneath those puppets? curious-thanks

  • Thanks, Ball and socket

  • WOW!!!!! AWESOME!!!!!

  • Thanks

  • 0:55 LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

  • you like the crunch huh?...lol

  • i've seen evry vid you've posted about this kong prequel, and are you gonna post anymore videos of this stuff? and if you are i'd love to see it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • yes I am, I'll keep posting vids until the movie is finished

  • how long did it take you to animate this stuff????????

  • about a couple months per video, but not every day - just when I have time

  • There were also large vultures that I made a drawing of for a project in art.

  • that vulture got pwned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

KING KONG rules, and is that the audio from the 33 KONG?
