I love the Trench Gun lol...but I play hardcore only so it's more consistant...If you don't like the damage problem play hardcore...yeah you die quickly but you hit more and the game seems a bit more real and balanced when the OP guns 1 hit as often as a pistol. Just try a few hours of hardcore and it's harder without a team but you can hold your team still.

Why does every1 say trench guns are bad! They are bad is you use shit perks, but if you use the right ones it's great! Mine (same perks for DB shotgun) are a grip, stopping power, and steady aim. It's 1 hit kill 90% of the time like that...

I only use Trench Guns for maps that I really know... and for maps that doesn't have large open spaces... I prefer to use the trench gun in corridors... This gun is quite effective in Asylum. I got a lot of kills when using that gun in the asylum. I even had 2 primary grenades... fireworks... and martyrdom... Blow the entire place up...
