The drug war is mainly in the African American community. If an ethnicity is racial profiled it is usually blacks. People are right the issue shouldn't be about race, but due to law enforcement persecutions focusing on mainly black neighborhoods we get this biased enforcement. 12% population and 80% drug arrests when statistics say the most common user of drugs is a 24 year old white male, that is fucked.
