disculpa , pero donde leiste eso ?? yo soy chef , soy graduado y he trabajado en la cocina por ocho años , es curioso no recuerdo haber nunca escuchado ke no debe haber comida fuera del plato . pero si lo dices es por algo.

@peibel10 disculpame pero yo soy sushiman hace años y la verdad es que al menos en el lugar que trabajo me dicen que nada sale del plato( deve ser por respeto a el comenzal)
