What history tells that Karelia is a land of russian people? I really want to know that history book. Maybe it's a some kind of joke book you have been reading. Russia really stole a huge part of finnish Karelia. Including Viipuri, Sortavala, Käkisalmi etc.. That need to be return back to Finland.

The part which russians call Karelia is muuuch bigger as what you mean. Viipuri, Sortavala, Käkisalm is the tiny part of what we name Karelia. If you didn't know, the whole west bank of the White Sea was since the 10th century territory of Novgorod State.

I know very well how big the whole Karelia is. I used term finnish Karelia that russians stole from Finland because it was finnish national land. The rest of Karelia hasn't been a part of Finland but there still have lived so called baltic-finns for example karelians, vepsian, votes, ingrian, finns etc. Karelia has always been finnic land, not russian. The karelia which is next to White Sea is called White Karelia. Finland wouldn't be a part of Russia at any cases anymore.

Stealing? You are something. Finland has been buying and paying border taxes. Much of those wood comes from land that has been a part of Finland. From land that Soviet Union stolen from Finland. Finnland was till 1809 part of Sweden, after that till 1917 part of Russia.

The greatest act that was made for Finnland, as I already said, was made by Lenin,as he gave you 1917 independence, which you never had before, so be thankfull to him. And who have stolen the land and from whom after that?

Lenin didn't give anything. Finland declared to independent. You my friend should learn something. Lenin was hoping that Finland will turn to communistic. It was never Lenin's plan to leave Finland independent and conservative. Why finnish red troops got help from russians? Because they wanted that finnish communists will get in order and turn this same as Soviet Union and join back to it. When finnish white guard won the civil war. These finnish communists went to Russia.

These same red communists who were under Lenin's wings started to plan revolution for Finland. These communists with Lenin started finnish communist party which at first worked only in Moscow. So think again when you said that Lenin gave something. It was finnish politicians who demanded this country to be a independent. Lenin sure accepted that but it was because his own land was in chaos. Lenin was into these plans and that's why he has quite major organisation in Finland.

It wasn't an isult. It was a comment of your behaving because its common. You started to speak about wood that finnish industry BUY from you. It's business, not stealing as you said. When Soviet Union did steal land from Finland it was a different case. Or you can't call that stealing? Actually I know few russian by person who have been studying here in Finland and I have been talking about these same subject with them and they understand. So I have told the same things to russians.

Like some russians understand that there is grudge between our countries because of these forced border movements which caused by wars. Like if you study those actions when the war between Finland and Soviet Union were going to go in end. Finland, England, Norway from England at those times, Sweden, USA warned Stalin that those unjustified border movements will stay in memories of finnish generations. Is that really what you want? Keep this grudge between our people?
