how did segun get so fast? i raced him about 2 months after this at Legion Nationals in BC and he ran 11.03 or something like that. thats rank. even phil ran a 10.96 that year so phil took off 0.40s worth of time and segun took off 0.70s worth of time in just 2 months. so nuts.
