The angles are the key. From 5:37 to 6:08 the camera had moved more to the right, so the branches define a slightly different shape in front of the darker background. By 6:30 the view is more from the left and from up higher. The background is lighter from that angle. If the camera hadn't panned away during the movement it would have been clear that it was just an illusion caused by the viewing angle. Open multiple windows to see the different views at the same time.

I compared the image shown in the boxed area on 5:37 to the image shown of that same area on 6:30 exactly. The angle was the same, so that can't disprove what seemed to be a transparent figure standing near the tree. The image remained consistent while people walked in front of it, therefore it was not an abnormality on the camera. In my professional opinion, I believe this might have been paranormal, though a better quality video might have proved your case.
