All they can do is blow the horn and pray! imagine going through life knowing that the train you were driving KILLED some one...

Typical of rushed script writing,no mention of the Granville disaster in NSW Australia where a wheel failure took out a bridge and killed 78 people,and the ICE trains wheel split and dug up the switch points and sent the rest of the train to a siding,the PILOT of the IDE only knew what happened when the trains emergency brakes come on not the next station.Burnell do your research mate,I love your show's but dont pee in my pocket mate,

Here's an idea. How about we have crossing gates that come down and meet in the middle. That way, you can't go around and get hit by a train
